1. Payment Process

  • All rides must be paid for using the available payment methods (cash, card, or online payment gateway).
  • You will receive a confirmation of your payment along with ride details once your transaction is successfully processed.
  • In case of any payment failure, please reattempt the payment or contact our support team for assistance.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same booking.
  • Your ride was canceled by us and payment was already processed.
  • You experienced a failed payment where the amount was debited but no ride was confirmed.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed rides that were delivered as booked.
  • Cancellations made after the driver has already been dispatched (cancellation charges may apply).

3. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at booking@taxiwalebhaiya.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Amount charged
  • Booking ID (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request

Our customer support team will investigate the issue promptly.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your request is verified, we will place a temporary hold on the disputed transaction to prevent further charges.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
